What is your refund policy?

The amount of your refund is based on how far in advance from the start date of the trip you notify us of your cancellation.

• More than two months before the start of your Experience, 100% of the Experience fee is refundable.
• Less than two months prior, 50% of the fee is refundable
• Less than one month prior, the fee is non-refundable.

When is my payment due?

It just takes a $395 USD deposit per person to book an Experience. The remainder of the fee is due 90 days prior to the start date of the Experience. If the Experience starts in less than 90 days, then the balance is due within 10 days.

Do you offer trip insurance?

Members who have purchased our Experience Protection Plan will be refunded any time, for any reason until the start date of the program.
